The result of modernization

Gentlemen,

We are pleased to inform you about some results of our modernization. We would like to appreciate your comments and, of course, we hope you will find some useful tips about how to save on fuel and enhance your engine’s performance.

July 1994. Port Riga (Latvia).

Express Diesel ShipService Ltd. successfully conducted modernization of fuel equipment for the both main engines 6K45GF on ferry “Merkury-2” owned by Caspian Shipping Co. (Azerbaijan).

First, suction valves of HPFP designed by EDS Ltd. were installed on the right main engine within only 4 hours. Then both engines were started that has shown big difference in emissions from the funnels. Based on seen results Shipowner has immediately confirmed modernization of the left main engine.
