Ltdsuccessfully conducted modernization of fuel equipment
for the main engine 6L67GFCA on m/v "S. Tomskiy"
owned by Latvian Shipping Co.
The pilot survey of the engine has shown
that plunger pairs, suction valves of high-pressure fuel pumps
and injectors have significant wear. |

EDS Ltd. has made replacement
of plunger pairs and injectors to standard new ones and has installed
suction valves of HPFP of designed by EDS Ltd.

Pressurizing of HP fuel
pumps was made by a mix of diesel fuel and cylinder oil (50 % of
each).
At the customer's requirement, all works are carried out only in
2 days.
